Do you have any vegan options in your tea room?

Yes, we have many vegan options available, we have vegan cheese and spread for sandwiches and jacket potatoes and baked beans. Many of our soups are vegan. We also offer vegan flaxjacks and rocky road.

 

Do you have dairy free options available in your tea room?

Yes, Soya milk for drinks.
Our soup is dairy free.

 

Do you have GF options available in your tea room?

Please note: we are not a gluten free kitchen
Yes, we offer gluten free bread, please just ask when ordering off the menu, we also offer a range of gluten free cakes and biscuits.

Are dogs allowed in your tearoom and shop?

For health and hygiene reasons no dogs are allowed inside our shop and tea room, except service animals. All dogs can be outside on the patio and grass area but must be kept on a lead at all times.

 

Is there wheelchair access to get into the shop and tea room?

Yes we have a ramp going into the shop and tea room, disabled parking spaces and a disabled toilet.

 

Winter opening hours:

In the months January to March we are shut on a Monday, all other months we are open seven days a week 10am - 5pm

 

What is included in your cream tea?

Our cream tea is £6.25, this includes a pot of tea for one and one warm scone with clotted cream and jam.

 

Is your honey local that you sell in the shop?

Yes our honey is local, the hives are on the farm, all jars are recyclable and you can return to the shop

 

How do we know when the strawberries are ready?

Please keep an eye on our website we will update the website when the strawberries are open for picking. We also put large signs out on local roads. This is usually mid June time, however as the strawberries are out in the elements, depending on mother nature this can change each year.

 

Do you have a specials board?

Yes, there is a daily specials board available in the tea room from 12 Noon every day.
