The ethos of the shop is to support local and seasonal shopping.
We endeavour to support and promote as many of our local food suppliers as we can.
Resulting in us having a range which we feel offers our customers something different.

New House Farm Shop

We work with the very best suppliers in Sussex to offer a real change to shopping habits. Our Farm Shop is stocked full of locally grown produce, meaning all our fresh fruit and vegetables change with the seasons and the British weather.

We source most of our seasonal fruit and vegetables from Munneries in Shoreham.

Meat & Fish

Bangers Galore

A family run Horsham based business with over 30 years of experience hand-making award winning sausages using British red tractor approved pork. Offering both traditional and speciality range, which combine all the favourite recipes with some of the more diverse flavours, all made to high standards.

We also have fresh meat products delivered twice a week.

Cold meats and Fish

We offer a variety of cold meats and fresh fish all locally sourced, these include Weald Smokery from East Sussex, and Curd and Cure from Staplehurst.

Real Pie

Based in Crawley, pies, sausage rolls and pasties (available fresh only)

Fresh Fish

The mobile fish company (fish mongers) is in our car-park every Friday 11am-2pm

We use Downsview Dairy for milk & ice cream and

Tims Dairy for locally sourced yoghurts.

Cheese

We offer a wide selection of award winning cheeses, most of which are from Sussex. We are proud to say that all our cheeses are vegetarian. If there is any cheese that we don’t stock, if you ask a member of the team they may be able to source it for you.

Alcohol

We offer award-winning English still and sparkling wine from Bolney along with other vineyards. We also offer a wide variety of artisan gins and vodkas. Our beer and cider suppliers include Long Man Brewery from Litlington in East Sussex, Hepworths in Pulborough in West Sussex and Firebird Brewery in Rudgwick.

Bakery

We have a daily fresh delivery of bread, rolls, scones and teacakes from the award winning Jengers bakery in Billingshurst. We also bake organic loaves, baguettes and cheese straws on site. Country Farm Cakes deliver their delicious cakes to us weekly which is perfect if you are looking for a Birthday cake or a treat for you or the family. You will find other cakes and confectionary in store.

We also offer alternatives such as organic rye bread, please ask a member of the team if you can’t find what you are looking for.

Store Cupboard

We have an extensive range of all dry foods and condiments that you may need for your kitchen, these include;

Rice, pasta, tinned goods, cereals, tea, coffee, flour, sugar, herbs, spices, vinegars, oils, sauces, soft drinks, cordials.

We also offer our own label ‘New House Farm Shop’ Jams and chutneys.

Happy honey home

Sussex Honey is made from hives that are in west Sussex, it is raw honey which means that it has not been treated during the extraction and bottling process. Commercially produced honey in supermarkets is often heat treated for a short period. This prevents the honey from fermenting and keeps it runny for longer. Heat treatment detracts from the flavor and natural properties of the honey.

Gluten Free

We are proud to offer a wide variety of gluten free products which include biscuits, cheese crackers, confectionery, cakes, sauces, popcorn and cereals.

Vegan

Some of the vegan suppliers that we use include; Rolla Granola who offer a wide variety of vegan cereals, Goupie wich is vegan chocolate. Other vegan produce in store includes; soup, flaxjacks, crisps, rice cakes, tinned goods, seasoning, stock, beer and cider
